Copify for Publishers

If you want to use Copify to buy text content, then the following explains how the process works.

Registration

First of all, you will need to register with the site. You can do so by clicking here

Adding funds to your account

In order to purchase content from the site, you will first need to deposit funds into your Copify account. This can be done by PayPal.

Placing an order

Once you have deposited money into your Copify account, you will be able to place an order. This involves filling in an order form which includes the following information:

  • Job Title - The title of the job you require, e.g. 'An article about web design.'
  • Category - The subject of the job, e.g. 'Internet.' This will determine which authors are notified about the job.
  • Quality - The standard of work you require, either 'Standard' or 'Professional'. This will determine the quality of the content you receive and how much you pay for it.
  • Deadline - The date you require the job to be completed. Please allow adequate time dependent on the amount of words you require.
  • Minimum and maximum words - You will only be charged for the minimum amount of words you specify, regardless of how many is written. The writer is only obliged to write the minimum, however, in many cases you may receive more than is specified.
  • Brief - The most important part of your order, this tells the author exactly what you require. Please be as specific as possible in order to avoid any confusion. For more information on how to write a brief, click here

Once you have placed you order, the cost will be deducted from your pre paid Copify account balance.

Costs

Depending on the quality level you specify, you will pay either £0.03 or £0.05 per word for 'standard' or 'professional' quality. For example, a 400 word article at the 'standard' quality level would cost £12.00, while at 'professional' level, it would cost £20.00. Approving your copy

Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email and the copy will be available for you to review.

If you are happy with the copy, then you can accept it and download it as a word document, or copy and paste it from the control panel. If you are unhappy with it, you can request that it be edited by sending a detailed message to the writer, detailing the amendments you would like to be made.

What if I am unhappy with the copy?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the copy that is delivered to you, please email help@copify.com with the job number and the reason you are unhappy.

The case will then be reviewed by the Copify team and if it is found that the copy does not match up to your brief, then the cost of the job will be refunded to your account. To find out how to write an effective brief, to ensure that this does not happen, click here
